IE³ -kwaliteitsborging

Kwaliteitsmonitoring vormt een integraal onderdeel van de exchange IE³. Doel is het realiseren van een maximale kwaliteit waarbij de volgende criteria de basis vormen van de te bereiken resultaten:

Documenteren van toename van leermogelijkheden door emotionele intelligentie in theorie én praktijk
Het stimuleren van interne en externe interactieprocessen
Prikkel tot het inzetten/toepassen van meerdere methodieken
Garanderen van organisatorische randvoorwaarden
Borging van organisatie afhankelijke implementatie en disseminatie van projectopbrengsten.

Kern van de kwaliteitsborging vormt de evaluatie. In de trits start-, interim- en eindevaluatie wordt de realisatie van de bovengenoemde criteria gemeten en gevalideerd en stimuleert op die manier tot reflectie op projectinhoud en toegepaste methodieken. Voor het evalueren wordt gebruik gemaakt van Microsoft Forms. Portefeuillehouder Bk Nord der StädteRegion Aachen, Herzogenrath is verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud, organisatie en documentatie.
