Intelligent Euregional Emotional Exchanges

IE3-Qualitätssicherung

Die Qualitätssicherung ist ein integraler Bestandteil der strategischen Projektführung des IE3-Projektes. Ziel ist es, eine höchstmögliche Projektqualität zu gewährleisten, wobei folgende Kriterien die Grundlage der Maßnahme darstellen:

• Offenlegung des Lernzuwachses über emotionale Intelligenz in Theorie und Praxis
• Anregung projektinterner und -externer Interaktionsprozesse
• Anreiz zur Methodenvielfalt
• Gewährleistung organisatorischer Rahmenbedingungen
• Sicherstellung der systembedingten Implementation sowie Dissemination der Projektergebnisse

Das wesentliche Instrument der Qualitätssicherung ist die Evaluation. In einer Eingangs- Interims- und Abschlussdiagnostik sollen die oben genannten Kriterien überprüft werden können und zur kritisch-reflexiven Auseinandersetzung mit den Projektinhalten und -methoden anregen. Die Evaluation erfolgt über „“Microsoft Forms“ und wird betreut sowie dokumentiert vom Projektpartner Bk-Herzogenrath.
