16 juni 2021: Uitwisseling in Aken bij K\u00e4the Kollwitz Schule BK. Ron van Achteren, ROC van Amsterdam, gaat onder andere een workshop geven over een begeleidingsmodule voor alle mbo-klassen die beginnen met een mbo-opleiding.<\/li>\n
9-11 november 2021: training \u2018Omgaan met emotionele intelligentie\u2019 door STEP in Ljublana, Sloveni\u00eb.
\n[read_more id=”1″ more=”Toon meer” less=”Toon minder”]Op 24 maart 2021 was het voor EB mogelijk om met een beperkt aantal fysiek aanwezige projectdeelnemers officieel de “kick-off meeting” in de \u201cHandwerkskammer\u201d van Aken (Kamer van Koophandel) te houden. De overige projectpartners namen deel via \u201cSkype\u201d.
\nDe focus van de bijeenkomst lag op het kernthema van het project: het terugdringen van het voortijdig schoolverlaten door de implementatie van emotionele intelligentie in de begeleiding en in de curricula van de deelnemende instellingen voor beroepsonderwijs.
\nDe rolverdeling binnen het samenwerkingsverband werd tijdens de bijeenkomst definitief bepaald:
\nEB Stichting is verantwoordelijk voor het algehele projectmanagement.
\nHet Berufskolleg Herzogenrath is verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitszorg en kwaliteitsbewaking, een belangrijk onderdeel van de uitwisseling. Er worden altijd verschillende metingen gedaan, een “0-meting” voor de beginsituatie, een “tussentijdse” voor het tussenresultaat en een eindmeting. Daarnaast worden na elke bijeenkomst vragen gesteld die kunnen worden gebruikt om de volgende bijeenkomsten te optimaliseren en voor te bereiden.
\nHer Berufskolleg J\u00fclich is verantwoordelijk voor het samenvatten van de inhoudelijke documenten die door alle partners worden aangeleverd in een eindverslag voor alle partners.
\nHAST uit Hasselt (Belgi\u00eb) en VISTA met opleidingen in Maastricht, Sittard en Heerlen (Nederland) zijn verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke kwaliteit van de docententraining bij partner STEP in Sloveni\u00eb. Bovendien begeleiden zij, na afloop van de training bij STEP, de voortgang van de \u201cTrain the trainer\u201d-cursussen bij de partnerinstituten.
\nIn \u201cGoogle Drive\u201d is een platform voor interne communicatie ingericht. Alle documenten die van belang zijn voor de projectpartners zijn hier te downloaden en kunnen door bevoegde personen worden ingezien. Bijvoorbeeld de “to-do list”, waarop alle maatregelen en taken staan \u200b\u200bvermeld voor een goed verloop van het gehele project.
\nDe volgende bijeenkomst is gepland op 16 juni 2021 en zal plaatsvinden bij Berufskolleg Herzogenrath, Duitsland.
