Am 19. Oktober 2022 fand das 4. offizielle Treffen im Rahmen unseres Austausches “Intelligent Emotional Exchange” statt. Diesmal war das BK-J\u00fclich Austragsort des Treffens. W\u00e4hrend des vorletzten Treffens, das am 15. M\u00e4rz 2023 den Abschluss des Austauschs bildete, informierten sich die teilnehmenden Institute gegenseitig \u00fcber konkrete Fortschritte bei der Umsetzung von Train-the-Trainer-Kursen und der Verbreitung.Alle Partner konnten \u00fcber bemerkenswerte Fortschritte berichten, die von<\/p>\n

Die Sitzung war gepr\u00e4gt von vielen positiven Ergebnisse, mit praxisnahen und anwendbaren Material f\u00fcr die teilnehmenden Partner und externe Parteien.<\/p>\n

Fester Bestandteil der Treffen sind die Besichtigung der Gastschule und ein Workshop, der stark mit der Anwendbarkeit\u00a0der emotionalen Intelligenz verbunden ist.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend des Rundgangs wurden die praktischen Unterrichtsr\u00e4ume besichtigt, wodurch die enge Verbindung zur Wirtschaft unterstrichen wurde.<\/p>\n

Monika Endner leitete den Workshop “Wissen und F\u00fchlen, was uns wirklich wichtig ist: ein Training f\u00fcr einen verst\u00e4ndnisvollen und einf\u00fchlsamen Umgang mit sich selbst und anderen”, in dem viele praktische \u00dcbungen angeboten wurden.
